Good news for the SD Snatcher fans, the SD Snatcher ACE project we reported about in 2012 is still alive, dangaioh keeps its developing!. This is a clear illustration of the hard work behind of this game. Now a new demo version has been released and we could say it covers nearly half of the game (the sewers area).

Don't worry about Spanish texts... an English version is expected as well. Smile

Great! Because I work on the music for this, I have seen and played it quite a bit. Even though I can read Spanish reasonably well, it's good to have it in English.

I it gonna be based on Melancholia?

Shame, but I think Vampier's right.
I remember I transcribed the complere OST of this game for Jorito to easily remake all the tunes for this project. Eventhough it took me a few weeks to do all the tracks notes, making them all into good remakes would've taken Jorito, well let's say a bit longer. In fact... Do you think you would be done by now Jorito?

@Meits, since this project is dead, would you consider releasing the transcribed notes for other musicians to work on this amazing soundtrack, just for fun? I personally would be interested.

He transcribed it in Moonblaster, so not sure how helpful that'd be Smile
I found the .dsk recently, so I should have the files easily accessible, in case Meits doesn't have them anymore.

I still have the files:

I'm not sure yet what to do with them since they need a lot of polishing and there are quite a lot.
Some landed on Youtube, so you have a bit of insight how very raw they still are:
Strange Overture
Modern Crusade
Case Closed
Propaganda
Exclusion
Maybe sometime in the future I pick them up again and finish them into acceptable tunes. That means I'm not going to share the collection as is, just yet.
If you want a few tracks to have some fun with, or even turn it into something worth releasing, I guess that would be okay. Go use this player as I used that numbering in my file names.

It's always helpful, since I'm not the fastest one when it comes to transcribing by ear. Big smile

I understand and I'm even more impressed at the work that went into creating those files. I'm not sure I would create something right away, but I'd like to have those. Lately I've been on a roll using FamiTracker, so I'd like to make some VRCVI, VRCVII and 5B-only (PSG) versions. I actually have some stuff ready that I want to upload to YT and SoundCloud but I'm too lazy to do it right now.

You can choose a few tunes, not all.
Check the link for the player. The track numbers correspond with my filenames.

If it didn't end up in the spam box, you should have received the desired files some 30 minutes later.
