De Ierse accordeoniste Sharon Shannon heeft inmiddels een carrière die vijfentwintig jaar duurt. Ze speelde o.a. in The Waterboys en haar debuutalbum is het best verkochte in Ierland. Ze maakte rond de twaalf solo-albums en speelde mee op talloze projecten. Dit laatste album is een registratie van de concerten die ze gaf met zanger en pianist Alan Connor. Traditioneler dan gebruikelijk, deze levende legende. Bijzonder afwisselend sfeervol album en dvd.
